Where Topcoat Works
Topcoat Services is based in Hyannis, Massachusetts, and serves commercial and industrial flooring projects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. We install epoxy, urethane cement, MMA and mechanically polished concrete, with system selection and preparation planned around the facility’s operating conditions.
Our customers include manufacturers, food producers, commercial kitchens, retailers, healthcare and institutional facilities, and property owners. Our crews travel to each site from Hyannis.

New Hampshire
We serve facilities in New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua and Portsmouth. Our New Hampshire work includes 3,391 square feet of urethane cement at Whole Foods Market in Nashua, and concrete polishing and epoxy flooring at Whole Foods Market, Tuscan Village, in Salem, completed in 2026.

How Regional Projects Work
The process is the same in Hyannis or Hartford. Schedules depend on the scope, the selected system and current crew availability, which we discuss at the assessment.
1. Tell us about the facility
Send the address, approximate area, photos or plans, the current floor and how the space is used.
2. Site assessment
We look at the slab, existing coatings, damage, drains and joints, and the conditions the floor must handle.
3. Testing as required
Moisture or adhesion testing and investigation of problem areas are carried out where the system and slab call for it.
4. Scheduling and phasing
We agree work zones, access, the shutdown window and the date the area needs to reopen.
5. Staging and ventilation
We plan where equipment and materials sit, how air is managed during installation and how the work is separated from operating areas.
6. Installation and handover
Our crews prepare the slab with our own equipment, install the system and hand over cleaning and maintenance guidance.

Which states does Topcoat serve?
Topcoat serves commercial and industrial flooring projects in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. We are based in Hyannis, Massachusetts, and our crews travel to each project. Most of our completed work is in Massachusetts, and we discuss logistics for projects farther away during the assessment.
Do you have offices outside Hyannis?
No. Our office is at 105 Ferndoc Street in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Crews, preparation equipment and materials travel from there to each site. We plan staging, access and scheduling with the facility before mobilizing, so the work runs the same way wherever the project is.
What types of facilities do you work in?
We work in manufacturing plants, fabrication shops, warehouses, food production areas, commercial kitchens, retail stores, schools, healthcare campuses and parking decks. Each project starts by reviewing how the floor is used, including traffic, cleaning, chemicals and temperature, before a system is recommended.
Can you work in a facility that stays open?
Often, yes. We plan phased work zones, access routes, ventilation and the cure time the system needs so operating areas can keep running where possible. The plan depends on the space and the selected system, and we agree it with your team before work starts.
What should we send to start a project?
Send the facility address, approximate square footage, photos or plans, the current floor condition, how the space is used and the date it must reopen. That lets us prepare for the site assessment and discuss which systems and preparation steps are likely to fit.
How is a regional project priced?
Price depends on the system, area, removal of existing coatings, slab repairs, details such as cove and drains, access and phasing.
