Topcoat serves manufacturers, warehouses and commercial facilities in Worcester and Central Massachusetts with urethane cement, epoxy and broadcast systems, MMA and mechanically polished concrete.
Topcoat Services, based in Hyannis, serves manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse and commercial facilities in Worcester and the surrounding Central Massachusetts towns. We select and install industrial flooring around rolling loads, cleaning, chemical exposure, slab condition and the time an area can be out of service.
To start, send the address, approximate area, photos, how the space is used and your shutdown window. We assess the slab and recommend a system.

Our crew prepared the slab and repaired cracks, then installed Poly-Crete SLB urethane cement with Shop Floor and Armor Top through the fabrication bays, around production machinery and racking.

A fabrication bay, a wash area and a warehouse aisle can each call for a different system. We match each area to how it is used.
Fabrication, food production, washdown areas and hot or wet processes. Urethane cement
Dry production, assembly, storage and workshops, with texture chosen for the traffic. Epoxy flooring
Full MMA systems for areas with very short shutdown windows. MMA guide
Dry warehouses and distribution areas with a sound slab. Polished concrete
Wheel types, turning areas, dropped material and joint edges guide the build and the repairs.
We check the actual oils, coolants and cleaners against each system’s documented resistance.
Cracks, joints and failed coatings are found and repaired before the new system goes down.
We phase zones around production and plan the cure time before each area returns to service.
The address, approximate square footage, photos or plans, the current floor and coating, traffic and equipment, chemicals and cleaning products used, and the shutdown window.
Yes. We serve Worcester and nearby Central Massachusetts towns from our base in Hyannis. Nearby, in Auburn, we installed Poly-Crete SLB urethane cement with Shop Floor and Armor Top at American Steel and Aluminum. Send the address, area and photos to arrange an assessment.
It depends on the loads, dropped material, oils, coolants and cleaning. Urethane cement suits many heavy-use and wet production areas, epoxy and broadcast systems suit many dry areas, and sound warehouse slabs can be polished. We review the slab and the work before recommending a build.
Often, yes. We divide the floor into work zones, plan access routes, equipment moves and ventilation, and schedule each zone around the cure time the system needs. The plan is agreed with your team before work starts and depends on the selected system.
Yes. Cracks, joints and weak or damaged concrete are part of the preparation scope. At American Steel and Aluminum in Auburn, our crew repaired cracks in the prepared slab before installing the urethane cement system. The repair method depends on what the assessment finds.
The area, slab condition, the coating that must come off, the extent of crack and joint repairs, the selected system and its thickness, access, phasing and the shutdown window. A site assessment lets us price the actual conditions rather than a general rate.
