Recovering a retail slab for polished concrete

25,000 SF • Polished concrete and sealed warehouse • Completed February 2026

Recovering a failing floor before the production restart

1,700 SF • Resinous flooring • Completed June 2026

The planned overlay changed once prep revealed saturated, delaminating epoxy mortar under the floor. Topcoat stopped, reviewed the options with the general contractor, removed the failing mortar, re-prepped the slab and installed the Hybri-Flex MQ system. The case study reports the room was turned over on schedule for the production restart.
