Topcoat serves commercial and industrial facilities in Providence and across Rhode Island, including Warwick and Cranston, with urethane cement, epoxy, MMA and mechanically polished concrete.
Topcoat Services, based in Hyannis, serves grocery, food service, retail, manufacturing and commercial facilities in Providence and across Rhode Island. We install, repair and replace floors around traffic, cleaning, slab condition and the time an area can be out of service.
To start, send the address, approximate area, photos, how the space is used and when work can take place. We assess the slab and recommend a system.
Our completed Rhode Island projects, each shown with its actual location. The lead project is in Smithfield, near Providence.

Topcoat worked directly for the owner, with project coordination through Parisault Builders.

Damaged areas can often be repaired in sections rather than replacing the whole floor.

Carts, pallet jacks and forklifts affect joint repairs and the choice of system.
We plan the sequence and cure time around when each area must return to service.

Yes. We serve Providence and the rest of Rhode Island from our base in Hyannis. Our completed Rhode Island work includes urethane cement, epoxy and grind-and-seal floors across 85,000 square feet at High Purity New England in Smithfield, near Providence, urethane cement floor repairs at Whole Foods Market in Cranston and an epoxy floor for Rufflife in North Kingstown. Send the address and photos to arrange an assessment.
Often, yes. Where the rest of the floor is sound, damaged sections can be removed and repaired with a compatible system, as we did with urethane cement repairs at Whole Foods Market in Cranston. The assessment shows whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
It depends on the traffic, loads, water, chemicals and cleaning. Wet kitchens and grocery prep areas often suit urethane cement, many dry areas suit epoxy or broadcast systems, and sound slabs in dry spaces can be polished. We review the slab and use before recommending a build.
Often, yes. We divide the floor into work zones, plan access routes, equipment moves and ventilation, and schedule each zone around the cure time the system needs. The plan is agreed with your team before work starts and depends on the selected system.
Send the address, approximate square footage, photos or plans, the current floor and any coating, the traffic and equipment it carries, the chemicals and cleaners used and when the area can be out of service. That lets us prepare a useful site visit.
Tell us about the space, the current floor and when work can take place.
